E-sync hubs are built for strength and durability, making them ideal for harsh conditions, aggressive riding, and the added stresses of eBikes. The E-sync's 8.18° engagement allows for quick response to every pedal stroke. Built from quality parts, including a 6066 alloy shell and double row Enduro bearings, the hubs are also serviceable and rebuildable, for years of dependable performance.

With the demands of eBikes in mind, we combined a chromoly axle, heat-treated steel ratchet ring, and a pawl design that distributes stress away from the bearings and into the strongest area of the freehub. The combined result is a hub with a 47% higher max torque capacity than our original hub design. Because a great hub is only one part of a great wheel, we also engineering the E-sync's flange spacing to better balance spoke tension between each side of the rim, increasing overall wheel strength.

Available with Shimano Micro Spline, HG, or SRAM XDR freehub, and 6-bolt or Centerlock brake style, with options to fit all popular axle configurations.
